Jerke 434 AAA

Jerke 434 was the first approved son of Onne 376. He was bred by the Tjassing family from Smilde out of the Model mare Reina van de Wittewijk, a daughter of the Preferent Tsjerk 328 and a Studbook mare by Oege 267 Preferent. Jerke 434 was approved in 2006, the same year he was named performance test champion. In his early years, he was immensely popular, resulting in a large number of coverings. Jerke 434 lived up to these expectations with his high conformation breeding value, showing many similarities to his sire Onne 376. His offspring also performed remarkably well in aptitude tests, reflected in their strong breeding values for sport potential.

This earned him permanent approval in 2011, after achieving the Sport predicate in dressage a year earlier. One of his sons, Djoerd 473, was also approved.

Among his most remarkable daughters is Bryske-Dame, a Model mare who achieved an impressive IBOP score of 89.5 points.

Jerke 434 is a very refined and modern stallion, with a correct rectangular build. He is uphill in conformation, featuring a notably long foreleg and a vertically set neck, giving him an expressive front. Jerke 434 is a true representative of the Friesian type.
